Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer friendly help with banking.
• Handle transactions and queries accurately while prioritising security and fairness.
• Help customers get the most from digital services and banking platforms.
• Guide customers through products and services that suit their money management goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers.
