Job summary

Nationwide, Northampton, Weston Favell branch, is hiring a Customer Representative to support customers in person, on the phone and online. You’ll handle everyday transactions, answer queries and guide people to banking services and digital tools, helping them manage money with confidence.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time (35 hours per week, Mon–Sat). You’ll need to be within a 45-minute commute and complete an initial three-week training period with no leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred but not required
• Ability to help customers in person, by phone and online
• Comfort with using banking digital services
• Willingness to work across a branch and weekend shifts
