Nationwide in Northampton, Weston Favell, is seeking a Customer Representative to support customers in person, over the phone and online, helping with everyday transactions and guiding customers to banking services and digital tools.

This 12-month fixed-term contract is full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday). You’ll need to be within a 45-minute commute. Training is designed to set you up for success, with a focus on providing fairer finances and excellent customer experiences.

Competenze

• No banking experience required, but experience in a customer service environment is helpful.
• Ability to assist customers face to face, on the phone, and online.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.

Mansioni

• Assist customers in person, over the phone and online.
