Lloyds Banking Group in Inverurie is seeking a part-time Customer Support colleague to help customers face-to-face in branches. You will handle everyday banking tasks and support customers through important moments with reassurance and guidance.

Working 30 hours per week, including Saturdays, you’ll learn and grow within our Skill Progression Framework and may progress to other roles across the Group. We value empathy, calm under pressure and a genuine desire to help people manage their finances.

Qualifikationen

• 12 months customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.
• Empathetic and calm under pressure when helping customers.

Aufgaben

• Provide face-to-face support to customers in branch.
• Handle everyday banking tasks and guide customers through important moments.
• Promote and support digital services and help customers use online banking.
