Santander UK is recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant at the Glasgow Shettleston branch. The role involves assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone, and via video, helping them use digital banking tools, and identifying suitable products and services.

You will build relationships through personalised service and proactive engagement. The salary starts at £25,000 with a £500 flexible benefit allowance and an 8% discretionary bonus.

Formación

• Experience delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels.
• Experience supporting customers with financial products or services.
• Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
