Nationwide in Malvern is seeking a Customer Representative to deliver excellent service across branch, phone and online channels. You’ll help with everyday banking tasks, answer queries, and guide customers to digital tools that make money management simpler.

This 12-month fixed-term contract is full-time (35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday) in a multi-skilled branch. You’ll be part of a local team, focused on fairer finances and high customer care standards.

Qualifications

• Experience or enthusiasm for working in a customer service environment.
• Ability to provide clear, friendly help across in-branch, phone and digital channels.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills to meet customer needs.
