Nationwide is seeking a Customer Representative in Enfield, London, to support customers in person, over the phone, and online. You’ll help with everyday transactions, answer queries, and guide customers to banking services and digital tools, contributing to a branch that remains open and accessible across communities.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time (35 hours/week, Mon–Sat). Training is provided, with a focus on delivering trusted guidance and a positive customer

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable using digital banking tools and basic tech.
