Nationwide is looking for a Customer Representative in Penkridge, Staffordshire. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Mon-Sat) involves helping customers in branch, over the phone and online, handling everyday transactions and guiding customers to appropriate banking services and digital tools.

You will be part of a local branch team, delivering friendly, clear support and ensuring secure, fair banking for all customers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or front-line roles preferred.
• Clear communication with customers in person, over the phone and online.
• Ability to stay calm and resolve queries in a fast-paced environment.
