Nationwide in Devizes is seeking a Customer Representative to help customers in branch, over the phone and online, delivering friendly, accurate service and guiding them to banking products.

This permanent, part-time role offers 21 hours per week Monday to Saturday and requires a willingness to adapt to busy periods while keeping customers at the heart of everything.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is helpful.
• No banking experience required; willingness to learn.
• Be prepared to work in a branch setting, including in-person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs with friendly help.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries with security and fairness in mind.
• Guide customers through banking products and services to manage their money.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Help keep face-to-face banking accessible on the high street.
