Nationwide is hiring a Customer Representative for our Kendal branch. This permanent, full-time role (35 hours/week, Mon–Sat) focuses on helping customers in person, by phone, and online with everyday banking needs.

You’ll join a multi-skilled branch team, with training over three weeks and a requirement to live within a 45-minute commute. Holiday closure days and volunteering options are part of the package.

Competenze

• No banking experience required; customer service experience is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Welcome customers into the branch and offer trusted, friendly help with their banking
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, while prioritising security and fairness
• Guide customers through banking products and services that suit their needs
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service, even at peak times
• Follow processes and escalate issues to protect customers and Nationwide
• Help keep face-to-face banking meaningful on the high street
