Job summary

Nationwide in Glasgow is seeking a Customer Representative to welcome customers in-branch, support them on the phone and online, and guide them to banking products and digital tools. You’ll work full-time (35 hours per week), Monday to Saturday, with a 45-minute commute requirement from your home.

The three-week training is essential, and start dates will be confirmed after an offer. The role sits at the heart of our high-street presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is helpful but not required.
• Able to work in a busy branch environment.
• Strong communication and digital skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs.
• Handle transactions and queries with accuracy, prioritising security.
• Guide customers to banking products suited to their needs.
