Zusammenfassung

Nationwide is expanding its branch teams and seeks Customer Representatives to support customers in person, over the phone, and online across the Kensington area. You’ll handle everyday banking transactions, queries, and guide customers to digital tools, while collaborating with a busy team.

The role offers full-time hours (35 per week, Mon–Sat) with a strong emphasis on customer care and community presence in London. Training starts soon after offer, with a focus on delivering fairer finances.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service or banking environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers in person, over the phone and online.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers into the branch and understand their needs to offer trusted help with banking.
• Handle a range of transactions and queries accurately, prioritising security and fairness.
• Guide customers through banking products and services that suit their needs and help manage their money.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a busy branch to deliver excellent customer service, especially at peak times.
• Follow processes, spot issues, and escalate concerns to protect customers and Nationwide.
• Contribute to keeping face-to-face banking meaningful on the high street.
