Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant to join a busy trade counter and warehouse environment. The role emphasises excellent customer service, teamwork, and health and safety compliance, with a full driving licence as a core requirement. Forklift license is a plus, and training is available if not held.

You'll support the Branch Manager, contribute to achieving branch targets, and provide cover as needed. A positive, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Forklift truck license preferred, training provided if not held.
• Experience in a driving role is advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Works with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards in the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Work within a small team with a can-do/will-do attitude.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to hit branch targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
