Job summary

Epwin Group PLC is seeking a Branch Assistant in Portsmouth to support day-to-day trade counter and warehouse operations. The role involves driving duties, customer service, and helping maintain branch standards.

You will work Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30, with training provided for any required licenses and safety procedures. A team-friendly, proactive attitude is essential for success in this busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving license.
• Forklift license preferred but training will be provided.
• Previous driving experience would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Works with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter and warehouse.
• Has a can-do/will-do attitude and can work in a small team.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve branch targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
