Job summary

Epwin Group PLC is seeking a Branch Assistant for our busy trade counters in the UK. The role requires a full driving licence and involves assisting with multi‑drop deliveries, customer service, and maintaining branch standards.

You will be part of a small team, with on‑the‑job training and opportunities through our Apprenticeship Scheme. The hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:30, with a view to developing within a supportive, customer‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving licence.
• Experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literacy.
• Willing to learn and develop with on‑the‑job training and the Apprenticeship Scheme.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly, can‑do attitude.
• Maintain high standards in the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Work in a small team and assist with health and safety compliance.
• Competent with multi‑drop deliveries and route planning.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to hit performance targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
