Job summary

Epwin Group is looking for an Assistant Branch Manager to join our trades counter team. You will work with the Branch Manager to deliver excellent customer service, maintain standards in the counter and warehouse, and help drive branch performance while supporting daily operations.

We value a can-do attitude, strong organisational skills and IT literacy. A full driving licence is required; forklift license preferred, with training available.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving licence.
• Forklift licence preferable but if not, training will be provided.
• Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred.
• Good organisational skills and IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Branch Manager to provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Lead by example and work with the team to achieve branch performance targets.
• Provide cover for the Branch Manager in their absence.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
