The successful candidate will mentor staff, push for performance targets, and work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment within our Newcastle upon Tyne branches. A full driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Full valid driving licence is required.
• Forklift license preferred; training provided if not held.
• Experience in a trade counter environment is desirable but not essential.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities are required.
• Good IT literacy and organisational skills are important.
