Job summary

Epwin Group PLC is recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager at our Worthing trade counter. You will work with the Branch Manager to deliver excellent customer service, uphold standards in the counter and warehouse, and lead by example in a small team environment.

The role requires a full driving licence, a can-do attitude, and a commitment to health and safety. Training will be provided to support progression within the Epwin Group Plc network.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred.
• Willingness to lead and learn in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Branch Manager to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high standards in the trade counter and warehouse.
• Lead by example and support safety compliance.
• Cover the Branch Manager in their absence as needed.
• Contribute to achieving branch performance targets.
