Job summary

Epwin Group PLC is seeking a Branch Assistant in Poole to join our team. You will work alongside colleagues to deliver excellent customer service at the trade counter and in the warehouse, supporting branch targets and daily operations.

The role requires a full valid driving licence; a forklift licence is preferred, with training provided if needed. You will be IT literate, well-organised and a strong team player committed to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driving licence.
• A forklift truck licence would be preferable but training will be provided if not.
• Good organisational skills and IT literacy are required.
• Experience in a driving role would be advantageous.
• Be versatile and prepared to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with energy and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Works together with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Has a can-do/will-do attitude and able to work within a small team.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Is competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Work with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to achieve branch performance targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
