Job summary

Epwin Group is seeking a Branch Assistant for our Accrington branch. This role combines customer service with warehouse support, working with the team to deliver a high standard of service and ensure branch performance.

A full valid driving license is essential; forklift training available if needed. You’ll fit in with a friendly team, be IT literate, and help with health and safety compliance while supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Friendly, welcoming attitude with energy to serve customers.
• Versatile and able to assist in all aspects of running the branch.
• Must have a full valid driving license; forklift license preferable with training provided.
• Previous experience in a driving role is advantageous.
• Good organisational skills and IT literate.
• Experience in a trade counter environment preferred but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service together with the team.
• Help maintain high standards in the trade counter and warehouse.
• Work within a small team with a can-do attitude.
• Assist with health and safety compliance.
• Be competent with multi-drop deliveries.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
