Job summary

Epwin Group PLC is recruiting for a Branch Assistant to join our busy trade counters and warehouses. You will work with the team to deliver excellent customer service, maintain high standards, and support health and safety compliance while handling multi‑drop deliveries.

The ideal candidate has a friendly, can‑do attitude, is IT literate, holds a full driving license, and may have forklift experience. We offer full training, 24 days holiday plus benefits and a clear career path within Epwin

Qualifications

• Experience in a trade counter environment would be preferred but not essential.
• Full training will be provided.
• 24 days annual leave plus statutory bank holidays.
• Company pension.

Responsibilities

• Works together with the team to provide excellent customer service.
• Help maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse.
• Work with the Branch Manager and team to achieve branch performance targets.
• Provide cover in the branch when required.
