Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a Branch Administrator for our High Wycombe branch. The role supports the branch’s financial performance with duties including balancing tills, processing branch banking, POD handling and reporting to Head Office.

The ideal candidate will have telesales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, be highly organised, and possess excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service, ideally in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
• Organised with great attention to detail and able to work under deadlines.
• Excellent communicator with strong telephone manners.

Responsibilities

• Balance branch till daily and ensure accuracy.
• Process branch banking and daily banking of monies.
• Handle POD notes, investigate missing notes and replacements if needed.
• Forward till reports to Head Office and update banking template.
• Monitor unpaid cash sale reports and follow up on discrepancies.
• Update customer notes and review credit limits.
• Respond to customer queries in person or by phone.
