Job summary

GSF Car Parts is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager, lead the Sales Advisor team and drive branch sales. You will focus on customer relationships, achieving monthly targets and upholding high standards of service across the team.

The role requires strong leadership, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to inspire a diverse team while embracing the company’s promotions and initiatives. On-site role in the UK branch network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales-driven environment with strong customer service.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and drive performance.
• Knowledge or exposure to P&L and commercial management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Sales Advisor team to meet monthly targets.
• Manage daily branch operations, schedules and KPI performance.
• Communicate performance updates and provide constructive feedback.
• Foster excellent customer service and resolve service issues.
• Promote branch and company promotions and initiatives.
• Support the Branch Manager in day-to-day duties.
• Ensure compliance with standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead by example to create a positive, proactive work environment.
