Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking a proactive Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager and lead the Sales Advisor team. You will drive branch sales, build customer relationships, and help hit monthly targets.

You’ll promote company initiatives, manage a diverse team, and model excellent customer service while keeping the Manager informed of performance and issues. 45-hour week, Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high‑velocity, target‑driven sales environment.
• Proven ability to coach and motivate a diverse team.
• Track record of delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Advisors to meet KPI targets and budgeted sales.
• Conduct team briefs and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Promote branch and company promotions and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations alongside the Branch Manager.
