Job summary

GSF Car Parts Limited is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to lead the Sales Advisor team, boost branch sales and strengthen customer relationships. You will support the Branch Manager with day-to-day duties and help drive promotions and initiatives across the branch.

The role requires a proactive, target-driven mindset with strong leadership and customer service skills. You will work a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in a target-driven environment.
• Ability to motivate a diverse team to achieve branch goals.
• Strong customer service focus with proactive problem solving.
• Proven ability to manage KPIs and performance feedback.
• Experience with P&L management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales, margin and profit to achieve budget.
• Measure and manage Sales Advisors against KPIs.
• Lead team briefings and provide performance feedback.
• Recognise excellence and engage the team with positive communication.
• Promote branch goals and address disruptive behaviour.
• Ensure excellent customer service and report to Branch Manager.
