GSF Car Parts in High Wycombe is seeking a Sales Advisor to help customers and drive branch performance. You will join a fast-paced, sales-driven team, handling inquiries, promoting promotions and building lasting customer relationships.

You should be customer-focused, target-driven and able to work under pressure. The role offers bonuses, holiday pay, paid volunteering and career progression within a growing national network.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales and/or customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to deliver results under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Customer-focused, target-driven and comfortable handling rejection.
• Team player who can also work independently with good interpersonal skills.
• IT literate; knowledge of car parts is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop sound customer relationships and apply effective sales techniques.
• Handle telephone and electronic queries; promote product promotions.
• Satisfy customer needs for parts orders and resolve queries promptly.
• Contribute to team performance and drive personal sales benchmarks.
• Liaise with Distribution Co-ordinator to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Build product knowledge through study of internal literature and e-learning.
