Zusammenfassung

GSF Car Parts Limited is recruiting a Branch Administrator to support daily branch finances and customer service. The role involves handling PODs, till reconciliation, banking, reporting to Head Office, and managing customer payments and credit limits.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule with an average 45 hours and occasional Saturday work. Candidates with telesales or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment are preferred, with strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in telesales or customer service, preferably in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• IT literate with proficiency in common software.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure to deadlines.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Ensure all proof of delivery (POD) notes are accounted for.
• Investigate missing PODs and obtain replacements if required.
• Balance branch till daily and ensure accuracy.
• Complete branch banking books and bank monies daily.
• Forward till reports to Head Office and update banking template.
• Allocate pay later notes.
• Monitor unpaid cash sale reports and escalate discrepancies.
• Collect unpaid or outstanding amounts in a timely manner.
• Run weekly account statements and keep them up to date.
• Ensure staff accounts are up to date.
• Monitor and analyse the age debt report.
• Allocate customer payments while banking daily.
• Update customer notes with detail as required.
• Monitor and review customer credit limits.
• Deal with general customer queries face to face or over the telephone.
