Location: Bracknell Forest
Pay Rate: £32.56 per hour

Overview

Bracknell Forest Borough Council is seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary Children's Specialist Support Social Work Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with children and families, providing specialist OT assessments and interventions within a supportive, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop intervention plans for children with complex needs
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, healthcare professionals, and educators
  • Support families and carers through therapy, guidance, and specialist advice
  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement initiatives
Essential Requirements
  • Social Care and Health qualified
  • Experience working with children in a multidisciplinary or specialist setting
  • Strong assessment, planning, and MDT collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage complex cases independently
  • Availability for face‑to‑face interview
