Qualifications

• Previous Receptionist experience in a hotel environment.
• Pro-active in anticipating guest needs and upselling.
• Excellent customer service skills, standards driven with good organisational skills.
• Excellent IT skills, OPERA experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check-in and check-out, and manage guest information.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, or in person and update system.
• Provide guest services, arrange transport, and give directions.
• Process payments, issue bills, and ensure billing accuracy.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate as needed.
