Heckfield Place seeks a Bothy Host (Maternity Cover) to provide an exceptional guest experience at the Bothy on Heckfield estate. You will welcome guests, conduct tours, and coordinate with therapists to maintain guest profiles and confidentiality. The role requires strong English communication and prior customer service experience.

Formación

• Excellent oral and written English communication.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Good computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests.
• Maintain high guest service standards by following protocols and showing attention to detail.
• Conduct tours for guests and act as an ambassador for the Bothy.
• Record guest preferences accurately and update profiles.
