A leading service provider in the energy sector is seeking a BOP Technician responsible for the maintenance, service, and repair of Blowout Prevention components. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and 1-5 years of experience in servicing BOPs, with a focus on technical skills and self-motivation. This full-time role includes benefits such as health and dental insurance, and the schedule is local 5/2. Reliable transportation is essential for this position.
The BOP Technician is responsible for the preventative maintenance, service, repair and pressure testing of Blowout Prevention parts and components.
Location: Longview/Kilgore, TX shops, reliable transportation required. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly). Job Status: Full-time. Work Schedule: Local 5/2. Reports to: BOP Manager.
Wage Range: $23.15 - $33.08/hr (tiered based on experience). Bonuses and advancement opportunities.
