Job description

Jenson Fisher are delighted to be partnering with a leading employer based in Perth to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent, full time basis to form a key part of their back office team. Working in their idyllic offices in Perth, the ideal candidate will be well organised and efficient with the ability to work using your own initiative or as part of a team.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:


  • Transactional finance including processing invoices and making payments in a timely manner.

  • Credit control via telephone and letter.

  • Bank reconciliations.

  • Month end reporting to the company accountant.

  • Daily use of Xero and Microsoft Excel.

  • Assisting with the preparation of submissions to HMRC.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previous experience working in a similar role where you have contributed to the smooth running of a busy finance department.
