Skills

Experience managing a successful team in a vehicle body repair or accident repair centre
Strong understanding of HR policies, team development, and recruitment
Audatex experience
Familiarity with modern bodyshop management systems
Confident communicator with a calm, professional approach
Full UK driving licence
Job description
Bodyshop Manager (£70,000+)

Location: Lancashire

Salary: £70,000+ OTE

Hours: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturdays (if needed)

This is a key leadership role, focusing on team motivation, customer satisfaction, and driving profitable performance.

This position suits someone with strong commercial awareness, technical understanding, and the ability to get the best from a team in a structured, process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager / General Manager:
