Bodyshop Controller

Pembrook Resourcing are currently sourcing a Bodyshop Controller / Bodyshop Manager to join one of our clients busy Aftersales Workshop!

Your main duties will be to oversee and motivate a team of skilled technicians and apprentices panel beaters paint sprayers ect. Work alongside the Branch Manager to achieve branch efficiency and profitability.

Essential Requirements

• Audatex
• Have at least 3 years Bodyshop management experience
• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Customer Service Skills
• Achieving budget sales and cost targets weekly monthly and annually
• Ensuring all health and safety policy and procedures are followed always with all staff utilising safe working practises and monitor the correct use and storage of PPE.
