Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing a large diagnostic Blood Transfusion department.
• In-depth knowledge of Blood Transfusion laboratory procedures and guidelines.
• Extensive experience in leading Blood Transfusion laboratories.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Blood Transfusion Laboratory service across multiple hospitals.
• Ensure high-quality care and compliance with MHRA and UKAS standards.
• Act as accountable Lead for the service across the network.
