A health services organization located in Basildon seeks a Blood Production Officer to process and distribute blood donations. This role involves handling blood bags and equipment, supporting training of new staff, and performing tasks with precision. Your essential role in the processing, testing, storing and distribution of blood and blood products will directly contribute to the saving and improving of patients lives.
We will provide you with an extensive induction and training programme and ongoing development to support you in your role and achieving your career ambitions.
As part of the selection process, you will be invited to attend our Blood Centre, so that you can gain an understanding of the requirements of this essential role.
This job requires working from 12pm to 8pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Occasionally working on weekends will be given prior notice. There may be requirement to amend working hours to meet service requirements, prior notice will be given in this occasion.
