We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Blends Coordinator. If you have agricultural knowledge, enjoy working with data, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers a great opportunity to contribute to a key part of our business. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that supports British agriculture and works together across departments to deliver excellent service.

About The Role

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As a Blends Coordinator, you’ll support the pricing, formulation, and supply of blends, working closely with our sales team, suppliers, and customers. You’ll manage enquiries, maintain accurate records, and help grow blend sales through proactive communication and relationship-building. This is a varied role that combines technical understanding with commercial awareness and customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Handling blend enquiries and leads in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Formulating and pricing blends to meet customer nutritional needs
  • Maintaining and updating pricelists, spreadsheets, and the pricing calculator
  • Supporting contract management and monitoring monthly sales performance
  • Attending supplier meetings, promotional events, and shows
  • Preparing technical literature and newsletter articles
  • Providing support to the farm sales team and Alternative Feed Traders
  • Maintaining accurate records and using internal systems effectively
  • Staying informed of commodity markets and competitor activity
About You
  • Agricultural knowledge or experience will support in role but not essential
  • Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
  • Strong attention to detail and confident working with numbers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Effective communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Comfortable using internal systems and learning new tools
  • Flexible, collaborative, and committed to high standards
