Key responsibilities:

• Validate invoices to ensure utility charges match contracts and consumption data
• Accurately input billing data and analyze usage to identify discrepancies, trends, or cost-saving opportunities
• Address client billing queries with clear explanations and prompt issue resolution
• Collaborate with the Team Manager and Account Managers to resolve client queries
• Manage client complaints/queries ensuring query resolution procedures are followed
• Manage the acceptance process and support successful registration of supplies
• Prepare templated monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as per the work plan

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in inputting data and using databases on a daily basis
• Solid analytical skills to interpret complex data, energy tariffs, and legislative requirements
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good administration skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and competent in MS Word and Outlook
• Degree-level education or equivalent industry experience
