About the Role

The Cloud/Consumption Billing team is growing in response to the shift towards consumption models of cloud-based software and services. This team is responsible for generating accurate invoices for our customers based on consumption data, ensuring customer setup is correct, and analyzing vendor data to maintain high service levels and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

1. Extract data from suppliers to support our billing cycles.
2. Prepare and execute billing runs for Managed Services, Adobe, and support Microsoft billing processes.
3. Assist account managers with customer queries, including participating in customer calls.
4. Provide advice and data support to admin and finance teams.
5. Collaborate with operational and sales teams across the company.
6. Work with IT and data teams on automation initiatives.
7. Support projects aimed at automating billing processes.

Ideal Candidate

• Comfortable managing tickets and processing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ownership of billing processes.
• Experience with Oracle NetSuite or similar systems is a plus.
• Motivated to work in a fast-growing, dynamic technology environment.
