Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Billing Analyst at Boxfish. The Billing Analyst will be responsible for managing billing uploads to the billing systems both manually and in bulk upload, billing processes, analyzing data, utilizing billing systems, communicating with stakeholders both internally and externally, and overseeing financial aspects of billing queries or corrections.
As the successful applicant masters the systems and processes, the business will undertake a transformation where each Billing Analyst will be responsible for a set portfolio of clients where they will work in conjunction with Account Managers to successfully manage each customers portfolio.
This role requires energy industry knowledge for the applicants to be successful in the role.

This role requires applicants to have a minimum of 2 years in the UK energy industry and MUST be a UK resident with the right to work in the UK.
*4day working week is based on the 5th day being an "on-call" day where you may be required to ensure work is done or customers are answered. Successful applicants will be advised more at the interview stage.
