Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading independent pension and trustee company seeking a Pension Finance Administrator to join their team in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire on a fixed-term basis for 6-12 months.

About The Role

As a Pension Finance Administrator, you will manage scheme bank accounts for SIPP Members, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and service levels. You will become proficient in three different banking systems, handling transactions from reconciliations to pension income payments, maintaining high service standards. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Deliver fair and consistent service according to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policy.
  • Collaborate effectively within the Pension Finance team on administrative tasks.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients to meet their needs.
  • Report risks to your line manager and compliance team.
  • Participate in process reviews to improve service delivery.
About You

You should have a strong background in Financial Services, especially pensions administration, with a solid understanding of UK regulatory requirements and relevant pensions systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, strong analytical skills, and keen attention to detail are crucial.
