Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading independent pension and trustee company seeking a Pension Finance Administrator to join their team in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire on a fixed-term basis for 6-12 months.
They are a leading independent pension administration and trustee company that prides itself on delivering high-quality solutions for individuals and businesses. With 20 years of industry experience, they value innovation, collaboration, and integrity in all operations.
As a Pension Finance Administrator, you will manage scheme bank accounts for SIPP Members, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and service levels. You will become proficient in three different banking systems, handling transactions from reconciliations to pension income payments, maintaining high service standards. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
You should have a strong background in Financial Services, especially pensions administration, with a solid understanding of UK regulatory requirements and relevant pensions systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize, strong analytical skills, and keen attention to detail are crucial.
