Billing Analyst

DHL, an award-winning, leading supply chain business, is seeking a Billing Analyst to play a vital role within our Finance function, managing billing processes effectively and ensuring invoices are created accurately and on time.

Our team of Finance specialists do more than just crunch numbers; they add value by understanding our data and helping our teams make informed, commercial decisions.

What does the role entail?

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

• Raising sales invoices and credit notes
• Managing collections and being the first point of contact with Accenture and other stakeholders
• Maintaining various billing portals
• Ensuring timely availability of billing backup
• Managing daily workflow tasks in line with SLAs
