Job summary

Talogy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support team in delivering talent management projects. You will work with Consultants to coordinate, administer, and manage projects from end to end, engaging with clients and participants to ensure smooth delivery.

You will track progress, set up projects in OpenAir, coordinate sessions, and assist with sales and marketing activities as needed, maintaining high standards of service and communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Proficiency with web-based project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to the Consulting Support Manager on project progress, challenges and achievements.
• Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure delivery on time and budget.
• Set up projects in OpenAir, add Tasks and Planned Hours, and monitor time booking.
• Coordinate with Lead Consultant/Project Lead and stakeholders for timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Book participant sessions and record details on project trackers, sending related communications.
