Job summary

Talogy in Guildford, UK, is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support team in delivering talent management services. You will coordinate projects alongside Consultants and Lead Consultants, manage participant bookings, and ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

You will use OpenAir for project setup, task planning and progress tracking, while liaising with internal stakeholders and clients to maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a project management environment.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficient with web-based project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and achievements.
• Set up and manage projects in OpenAir, including Tasks and Planned Hours.
• Coordinate delivery with consultants, clients, and participants.
• Assist with client communications, logistics, and scheduling of sessions.
• Support financial aspects: invoicing, revenue recognition and project costing.
