Job summary

Talogy in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Consulting Delivery and coordinate sessions, tasks and communications with clients and participants.

You will assist the Consulting Support Project Lead and Lead Consultant, manage projects end-to-end or support specific tasks, and liaise with TechOps and Corporate departments to ensure smooth delivery of talent management services.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g., MS Project and Jira.
• Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g., Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required.
• Demonstrable evidence of being able to collaborate effectively with others, multi-task, and prioritize workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress and issues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Set up and manage projects in OpenAir with Tasks and Planned Hours.
• Coordinate delivery processes, including sessions, logistics and communications with clients and participants.
• Support with invoicing, revenue recognition and project documentation accuracy.
• Coordinate materials, travel and accommodations as required.
• QA, proofing and issuing reports to clients and participants; support knowledge sharing.
