Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support team in delivering talent management services to clients. You will work with the Lead Consultant and Project Manager to coordinate internal and client projects, manage timelines, and ensure smooth delivery of assessments, coaching and workshops.

Key responsibilities include coordinating project tasks in OpenAir, tracking hours, communicating with clients, and supporting invoicing and post-delivery reports.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a project management environment.
• Fluent English and French language skills.
• Education/certification in project management appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and issues.
• Set up and manage projects in OpenAir or similar systems.
• Coordinate client sessions, bookings and communications.
• Support invoicing, budgeting and revenue tracking for projects.
