Job summary

Talogy in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support our Consulting Support team in delivering client-facing talent management services from Southampton. You will coordinate projects end-to-end, manage schedules, bookings, and communications, and work closely with Lead Consultants to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.

You will also handle project setup in OpenAir, monitor hours, assist with invoicing and reporting, and contribute to process

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment preferred.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Proficient with web-based project management software (MS Project, Jira, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide regular progress updates and flag risks to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Set up projects in OpenAir and track hours.
• Coordinate client sessions, logistics, and communications.
• Assist with invoicing and revenue tracking where needed.
• Support with QA and knowledge management systems as required.
