Job summary

Talogy in Manchester is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support team in delivering talent management services to clients. You will coordinate internal and external projects, set up OpenAir tasks, track hours and provide regular progress updates to the Lead Consultant and Consulting Support Manager.

You will manage client communications, schedule sessions, handle logistics, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes within a global team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment.
• Fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management preferred.
• Proficiency with web-based PM tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience in talent management is desirable.
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate, multi-task and prioritise workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Track progress, identify risks and issues, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Set up projects in OpenAir with Tasks and Planned Hours.
• Coordinate delivery, including client communications and reporting.
• Maintain project documentation and QA; liaise with stakeholders.
