Job summary

Talogy is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support the Consulting Support team in delivering talent management services to clients in the UK. You will coordinate client projects, schedule sessions, and manage communications across internal teams and external partners.

Working with the Lead Consultant and Project Lead, you will ensure projects run on time and within scope, handling scheduling, invoicing, and post-delivery follow-up.

Qualifications

• Experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• PM certification or formal training is preferred.
• Proficiency with web-based PM tools (MS Project, Jira) and MS Office.
• Experience with OpenAir, Salesforce or SharePoint is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates to the Consulting Support Manager on project progress and risks.
• Coordinate projects from end to end, or support specific tasks within a project.
• Set up projects in OpenAir, track hours, and monitor progress against plan.
• Manage client communications, bookings, and delivery timetables to SLA.
• Assist with financial aspects including invoicing and revenue recognition.
• Coordinate resources, including SOWs/POs, travel, and accommodation as needed.
• Review materials and QA deliverables to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
