Job summary

Talogy in Wakefield is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Consulting Delivery. You will work with Consultants and the Consulting Support team to coordinate projects, manage OpenAir tasks and hours, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining client satisfaction.

This role requires fluent English and French, experience with project management tools like MS Project or Jira, and strong organisation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred.
• Must speak fluent English and French.
• Education/certification in project management is preferred.
• Proficiency in using web-based project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
• Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience in talent management industry is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks and issues to the Consulting Support Manager.
• Track project progress in OpenAir and ensure hours are booked by all team members.
• Coordinate internal and external projects end-to-end or support specific tasks within a project.
• Manage client communication for logistics, bookings and timelines.
• Coordinate delivery processes for assessments, coaching and workshops (in-person and online).
• Assist with financial aspects including invoicing and revenue tracking.
• Coordinate materials, flights and accommodation as required.
• Maintain QA and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
